Join us for our 4th ANNUAL Mind-Body-Soul: The Creative Connection Workshop!

Enjoy an afternoon filled with movement, sound healing, and manifesting your vision for the New Year! 

Sunday, January 12th 2024 • 1pm-4pm

Location: Wellspring Personal Development — 2106 20th Street (1 door down from The Playful Space!)

$75/person 

We will begin with a 45 minute restorative yoga practice led by Emily Wisdom of Wisdom Mind + Body. This soulful movement will give you the clarity and energy boost necessary to put your goals in motion!

After we have moved our bodies, we turn down the energy level & enjoy a sound healing session with Sound Bath Evelyn. She will guide us in breathwork, meditation, & relaxation. This special hour is a mindset shifter—allowing you to be openhearted to receive abundance in the New Year. 

The Playful Space will be providing a unique take on the "vision board". We will reflect with gratitude on the past year and set our intentions for 2025 by gaining focus through creative expression. We will be reflecting and creating collage art that you can take home with you to continue your creative journey.

All these feel good vibes will leave you feeling refreshed and on fire for 2025! 🔥
