Paint Your Heart Out: Honoring Grief Through Movement & Creativity

Join us for a transformative experience that provides a safe and nurturing space for participants to explore and express their emotions surrounding grief. Through a combination of movement exercises & guided meditation led by Emily of Wisdom Mind + Body & hands-on creative activities by Emily of The Playful Space, attendees are encouraged to tap into their inner emotions, inviting grief to be expressed and processed. This workshop not only provides a platform for self-expression, but also fosters a sense of community and understanding among participants as we navigate the journey of grief.

Monday, December 18th    8:30am-11:30am

All art supplies provided! Please bring a yoga mat, towel, & water bottle. Please come with a full belly and open heart.
