Join us for a morning filled with yoga, art journaling, and manifesting your vision for the New Year!

January 5th 2023 - 9am-12pm

Suite 9 (Large Event Space) for Yoga Session & Suite 4 (TPS Studio for art session)

We will begin with a restorative flow class led by Reyna Carreno. We will set our intentions for the new year & gain clarity, focus, and feel good vibes as she guides us through relaxing poses. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and on fire for 2023!

After your yoga session, we will begin our art journaling & goal setting workshop in The Playful Space studio with life coach Loren Chapman. Loren will teach you essential lifestyle rituals that will give you the energy boost necessary to put your goals in motion. Emily will be providing guided art journaling prompts and a unique take on the "vision board". You will be reflecting and creating art in a mixed media journal (provided) that you can take home with you to continue your creative journey.

$75 includes your yoga session, mixed media art journal, and all art supplies.

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your goals for 2023 and an open heart and mind!
