As we reflect on joy and adventure of the summer and head back into routines, this month's theme is Sacred Mornings. We will be painting our ideal morning rituals in  miniature watercolor books using playful imagery and symbols to ground us in habits that makes us feel good. “What would it look like to wake up and pour into yourself first?”

Here at The Playful Space we are focused on process, not the “end product” when it comes to creating art and discovering ourselves. When you enjoy doing something, what does it matter whether you are good at it? Isn’t this how we had fun as children? The simple act of creating was the fun part and this is a huge part of our mission to provide women with a safe space to experiment with art and find joy in the process…

In this workshop, we are going to explore and experiment with watercolor painting. Leave behind any prior ideas or beliefs you have about “art” or watercolor and just come play and have fun! Emily will guide you through interesting painting prompts to excavate your playful, creative self. 

Zero experience is encouraged and celebrated! 

All Art Supplies are included in your RSVP.
