Embracing the Messy Middle

This month at The Playful Space is all about celebrating MESS. You know that messy middle of ups and downs & rollercoaster highs and lows. Unfinished projects, navigating tricky relationships and just general feelings of “stuck”. I'm in it. If you are too, then you're in the right place! Join us 5/11 & 5/18 for this month's MESSY MORNINGS:  fun adult mixed media workshops focused on process over perfection. Rediscover your inner child, let loose, & PLAY!

2. GIVE YOURSELF GRACE

Compassion for others begins with compassion for ourselves. Join us 5/24 at 6pm for Yoga & Art Journaling in collaboration with Wisdom Mind + Body. 

3. GENTLE REMINDERS 

Sometimes we just need a nudge to get unstuck or is it a giant push?! Book a one-on-one session and explore topics of self-worth, the power of positivity, and how we can honor emotions thru the slog of the messy middle.
